Saving of outlook emails on an external drie I understood the above software would save microsoft outlook inbook and folders emails on an external drive in mirror format that is if I opened the external drive I would see the inbox and its folders just as seen on the computor but that is not the case all I see is a pst folder. This can be done through microsoft email back up process any way so what is the advantage of Backup4all Lite.  Love BackUp - hate the launch pad BackUp works well - and I like it. One improvement would be to rework how folders/files are selected for back up - I found that cumbersome. You should look at selecting which files to include from a checkbox list like a shopping list - that stays open until the selections are all complete (ie - multiple folders under My Documents - I don't want to backup - but I have to select the ones I do want as individual selections - which takes a long time.My bigger beef is with the Launch Pad - how do I unload ...
